I had a good experience with a friendly staff and professional service. I had an issue originally regarding my understanding of the guarantee that was offered and I felt was misrepresented. However, that issue has been resolved. Man Eye cares about satisfaction of their customers.

I was contacted by the Optical Director and the issue was resolved. I was credited back the money for the difference in full.
