The friendliest people work here. Tammie Hicks and her team of professionals are so helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and they are very helpful to me when its time for me to decide on what frames look the best for my face. Ive been coming here for several years and Im pleased with the experience every time.

We are so impressed how friendly and amazing the staff and doctor are. Im so happy and thankful for Google search leading me to this facility.I came in for pink eye infection complications due to a scratch I had on my eye. Unfortunately Vision Source, who we normally use for all our business, would not see me and my family due to pink eye being the new covid symptom and too intimidated by this cruel world. Instead of trying to help us find a solution and providing us with the correct eye drops to heal us, they rejected us. They also lost my family of six business forever.Which then resulted into a miracle pretty much!!! I called Mann Eye Institute in Baytown and they got me in within a hour and helped me in ways I didnt know was possible! Im so thankful for them and their time. I now have found my family a new eye doctor for a lifetime! Thank yall so much
