This was my second visit to the Baytown Mann Eye Institute location and Im just as pleased this time as I was on my first visit. Without exception, everyone Ive ever worked with has been great, and Im very pleased with both product and prices.

Dr. Hicks and staff are very professional, courteous, and friendly. Dr. Hicks is patience, listened attentively to my concerns about my eyes and answered my questions with expertise. I am very satisfied with her thoroughness.

Highly recommend this location. Thorough exam, just as we wanted. Dr.Hicks is extremely kind and explains everything clearly. The woman that helped us pick out our glasses was wonderful. Her honest opinions were a welcome change. She wanted to help make sure that the glasses truly were the ones that fitted our faces best, as I was stuck between two styles. Her input was invaluable
