I'm so thankful for Dr Hicks and Her staff for being patient with my son. He is a child with Down Syndrome and we recently had a bad experience at a Dr visit with another office, but Dr Hicks was amazing and was able to get him to do all the tests he needed to so and now he'll be able to get a pair of glasses that meet his needs.

One of my coworkers recommended Baytown Mann Eye Institute. Walk-in one day after work to up set an appointment and asked if the doctor could see right now, and sure enough Dr Tammie Hicks was able to attend to me. She was very polite and helpful when checking my eye sight and also gave me a total eye examination along with a sample of medication for my dry eyes; and what like most of all Dr Hicks listened to my eye problems and gave good advice without being in rush. I will definitely visit their office again in the future. So far I would give this office a 5 for prompt, efficient service.
