From the front desk staff, the assistant, the doctor and the eyewear assistant, it was a very informative, friendly and quick service. Dr Tammie Hicks really loves her job and cares for her patients and it shows. The only subjective negative is the selection of eyewear. I admit I am quite picky with frames, though. It took me two hours at another location to find two frames.

I've been to the Baytown location several times and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always helpful and professional and also very friendly.Dr. Hicks is also wonderful. She is very thorough and answers any questions without making you feel foolish. And I will always have a warm spot for Dr. Hicks as it was she who discovered something that had been missed (ignored) by the optometrist inside my own ophthalmologists office. Dr. Hicks listened to me and knew exactly what tests to do. Afterward, I had solid information to take back to own ophthalmologist. Dr. Hicks helped me avoid a potentially devastating situation had I not sought her out. I will be back.
