I scheduled my appointment online due to having an object in my eye. When I arrived I was promptly greeted and checked in. Optometrist Tammie Hicks is so kind and polite. I felt so comfortable and assured that she would treat me. She explained her process throughout the appointment. She was able to quickly and easily remove the contaminant from my eye. Mann Eye Institute in Baytown has helped me twice now and I will continue to go there for my eye needs. Thank You.
