Ok, everyone was welcoming and friendly except Dr. Jeffrey Berman, drove an hour so my 7 yo can see him (we were referred by our local Optometric for a follow up) and the second he walked into the room it was extremely uncomfortable. He acted like we were an inconvenience to him, didnt bother to review the chart prior to walking in so hes asking me questions and reading the chart while I was thereHorrible bedside manner; I would never go again.I received a rate your visit text and I didI am yet to hear back from anyone about it which is why I am now writing a review since no one cared enough to follow up with me.6/3/24 EDIT TO ADD:Received a call from Dr Berman regarding my review. He apologized and felt really bad about how my visit had gone. I appreciate the call and acknowledge that making this was wasnt easy. That being said, I am updating my ratings from 2 stars to 4.

I saw Dr. Thees for my routine eye exam and he was great. He was both professional and friendly, making me feel welcomed into the practice. However, the building, office, and patient rooms were very worn looking. I went to the Maine Eye Center to get glasses almost 30 years ago, and I dont think any updates have been done in that time period--it stood in sharp contrast to the new Eyecare Medical Group building in Saco.
