Everyone was professional and kind. My only negative comment would be that I waited in the examination room for over a half hour before I saw Dr. Howler. I would recommend that the wait be longer in the reception/waiting room. Ten minutes, I think, is the longest a patient should be waiting in the consultation room. Thanks!

1. I received conflicting instructions regarding the eye drops associated with my cataract surgery. The Rx instructions say "starting AFTER surgery instill 1 drop 3x daily...". The instructions I received from ME Eye a few weeks earlier say to do "3 drops the day BEFORE surgery, and one drop the morning of".2. After surgery I was given a paper asking me to "Please participate in our Patient Satisfaction Survey!" However, upon entering the web address, I got the message "Not accepting additional responses at this time".3. I tried to email you, but apparently you don't provide an email option??? So I had to spend more time trying to find a way to provide feedback. Do you truly want it, given that you make it pretty hard?4. All of the staff involved with my surgery were awesome: knowledgeable, friendly, caring, patient, funny, professional. They gave me a great sense of comfort that I was in good hands.5. Hannah Calvelli did my next day follow-up, and she, as usual, was awesome... a real gem and someone I hope will be my eye doctor for many years.

Ok, everyone was welcoming and friendly except Dr. Jeffrey Berman, drove an hour so my 7 yo can see him (we were referred by our local Optometric for a follow up) and the second he walked into the room it was extremely uncomfortable. He acted like we were an inconvenience to him, didnt bother to review the chart prior to walking in so hes asking me questions and reading the chart while I was thereHorrible bedside manner; I would never go again.I received a rate your visit text and I didI am yet to hear back from anyone about it which is why I am now writing a review since no one cared enough to follow up with me.6/3/24 EDIT TO ADD:Received a call from Dr Berman regarding my review. He apologized and felt really bad about how my visit had gone. I appreciate the call and acknowledge that making this was wasnt easy. That being said, I am updating my ratings from 2 stars to 4.
