    Rivergate Parkway location. My visit was great with staff and Dr. Naddad. Prior to my appointment, regarding my drs referral I was originally speaking with Jennifer, who was very nice and helpful and trying to help me resolve the problem. While on hold for Jennifer to check additional information regarding my referral, Lee Ann, I guess called herself taking over. She was very very rude telling me what the procedures are and etc., and just continued taking down to me. I told her I did not have to tolerate her rudeness...this was not my first visit there and If procedures have changed, then I should have been informed prior to the date of our appointments. I hung up, called back and continued my original conversation with Jennifer to resolve my problem. My husband was also scheduled, Loden could have lost 2 patients had it not been for Jennifer that day because I refuse to be talked to as Lee Ann was doing.

    Today was my first visit here. The staff was incredibly friendly. I've had glasses and contacts for years so I'm not new to the optical world. The only thing that is preventing me from going back is the girl they have in optical. After politely telling her twice that I wanted to browse until ready, she stood there awkwardly shoulder to shoulder until I decided on a pair. Then she kept trying to upsell me. I finally told her I would purchase online. She then tried to discredit online retailers instead of selling the benefits of purchasing through Loden. I appreciate her attempt but it was so uncomfortable and awkward. I secretly hoped the gentleman would finish with his patient so he could help me. I've been in sales for over 10 years and this girl didn't recognize social cues or that her customer would have purchased had she backed off. If I return, it will be to work with the guy there, not that girl.

    I called that morning and was told teenagers could be seen as walk in's until 10.30, so we arrived around 10.10. There was a sweet older gentleman that was talking to the lady behind the desk, he has a gazillion questions (his right as a customer), but I needed to be checked in by 10.30! She had me take seat until he left which put us 4 mins before 10.30, which is when she said "they are about to break for lunch". Ugh! I thought, here we go again...(we had recently experience HORRIBLE service at Vision Works in Cool Springs mall). This is the reason for the star deduction. But she immediately redeemed herself (in my eyes) when she started to actually check me in, she had to call VW to get them to release an authorization they were losing against me and my son. They (VW) couldn't even find it! Insane! So she had to call someone else (I believe VSP, our insurance to get it done). My son was the tested, brought out to choose glasses where another rock star helped us narrow down since both me and my kid are so indecisive. The glasses came back in less than a week! <br><br>The doctor and her Assistant (don't know exact titles) were also very kind and welcoming. <br><br>I'm glad we found this place and I'm sure we'll be back in a year to choose more glasses.
