The people who checked me in, the tech, the Dr., everyone was super pleasant and did their job exceptionally well, but can we talk about the wait time and how long the appointment took, is this normal these days? I feel like it takes forever just to get through an appointment. My appointment was at 1 PM, I get there at 12:45, It takes about 20 minutes to check in, and I wasnt pulled back until about 1:30. They had me go through a series of tests, going into different rooms for different things, and then finally was seen by the doctor and by the time I got out, ordered new contacts, paid my copay, scheduled another year check up, it was after 2:45 so the entire process took a little over 2 hours. Maybe Im just not used to the normalcy of it taking so long I need to bring a snack with me next time.

Staff and doctor very friendly. Very punctual with appointment. I didnt feel i was there long enough for a five star rating. Was referred to aretna specialist.

Weve been waiting over an hour from appointment time and still havent seen a doctor. We came early to fill out paperwork and waited and waited. Finally seen and told to do the same thing that GROK told us to do. Warm wet compresses. He did however give us tips on how to keep the rag warm because it cools out so quickly. Put a heat source in there. A rock that will maintain heat one of those hot cold packs that you can get at the pharmacy. Dr was very personable. Only reason there wasnt a five star rating was because of the extreme wait time.
