Dr Cottle was simply phenomenal in completing my cataract surgery with IOLs (multi-focal lens)... and HIGHLY recommend. Painless procedure, great communications, ... and most important, my vision is ultra clear near and far!! Have to admit I had some anxiety around the procedure and outcomes... but couldnt be happier.

My experience with Dr. Broyles was very positive. She gave me confidence in her ability. She has great patient skills. The support staff were all professionals. Lake Austin Eye is my go to for all my vison care.

As a newly diagnosed Sjogrens patient I was told I must see an ophthalmologist for an evaluation and thorough eye exam. I was terrified because my last experience with a dilation exam 30 years ago was a bit traumatic. I hadnt had a dilated exam since and I stressed so much about coming to my appointment that I almost cancelled it.Im so glad I came because Dr. Broyles and her assistant, Ashleigh, were incredible. They took such good care of me and let me take my time with the tests. Ashleigh walked me through each test with compassion and put me at ease while administering the eye drops. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Nothing was painful. They were both so gentle and caring that it completely changed the way I feel about eye care now.I learned a lot about my eyes, and Dr. Broyles even took time to educate me on Sjogrens and caring for my eyes as this is all still fairly new. I never felt rushed and their front desk staff were very friendly and professional. I cant recommend Dr. Broyles enough. If you are scared of eye exams, Lake Austin Eye is the place to come!

I recently got Lasik done here. Ill acknowledge that I have a strong reaction to anything approaching or touching my eyes - I truly did not think that I would be able to do it. The team here was accommodating, patient, and efficient throughout the entire process and the whole process was so much more intimidating in my mind than it was in reality.The people here are terrific and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking that theyd like to do Lasik (especially if youre apprehensive about the surgery). After all was said and done, I couldnt believe how much more nervous I was about something that ultimately spanned a few minutes and was entirely uneventful - due in large part, I am sure, to the quality and expertise of the team.
