I highly recommend Dr.Dossey for eye care needs. The whole office is very professional and congenial with each patient. The office buzzes around like bees,each doing an assigned jobs to give the Queen Bee(King) his go for his last assessment for his patients. Really not slow but consistent with time,but waiting time can be running behind. Especially when there is an overload of patient's waiting for their assigned time. My waiting time was way too long,not by the associated but waiting for the Doctor. He was way overloaded because Dr. Dossey always takes the time to hear his patient's needs. So although the time was longer, I appreciated the personal touch Dr.Dossey gives his patients. My opinion would be, allowextra time for good advice from a super team and a good Doctor.

I love Heaton, every single person I talked to was professional and helpful, I would recommend this place to anyone, they were great with my 3 yr old and it was a great experience for both of us!
