I have had the best experience from day one with Heaton Eye Associates. From getting me in same day when I called for my free LASIK evaluation, to my post op visit following my procedure, the staff were always kind and caring.I have used glasses or contacts for many years and now I no longer have to thanks to Dr.Nickel and the entire wonderful team at Heaton Eye Associates. I could even see better than 20/20 on day one after my LASIK!!

I would recommend Heaton Eye Clinic to anyone. I'm very impressed with how happy all the employees are. Employee happiness says so very much about any business.I'm really impressed with how quickly I've been seen. Appointment time is as important to staff as it is to the patient.

I had to have surgery twice to get my eye lid fixed... I was very pleased with my Doctor and staff they were all so very nice!! I would recommend without a doubt!! I went to the one in Tyler!! It was Great!!

Dr. Risner was excellent!! Very friendly and professional. He was very thorough answering all of my questions and concerns. I never felt rushed. I was also 15 minutes late for my appointment and he and his staff were so kind about it. I highly recommend him!
