I did not wait long for my appointment. The person responsible for doing the preliminary procedures was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. The doctor that saw me for my exam was pleasant, courteous, cheerful, friendly, and answered all of my questions. It was a very good experience. I love, Heaton Eye.

Dr Gregston is so sweet and friendly - she is GREAT with kids. I would highly recommend her to anyone who has toddlers. My 2 year old called her her doctor friend

Yes, if you go here, you will spend a bit more time here than other clinics, but for our daughter, we will always choose quality care over time. Our daughter sees a doctor in our home town, and also sees Dr. Jones.Dr. Jones and team have been able to accurately assess our daughters prescription MUCH more closely than the doctors in our hometown. He also gives us practical actions we can take at home to help strengthen our daughters vision, and is very transparent with us.He relays information in a manner thats easy to digest, and its obvious that he cares about our daughters quality of life. He is forward-thinking, and is helping us to map out her vision plan for years to come. My husband and I appreciate that level of care.
