This must be one of the busiest eye clinics, and the most popular, in Tyler. I expected no less after a friend gave them a glowing recommendation. Their operation is as efficient as it could be given the sheer volume of humans in there! The staff - which was plentiful! - were all friendly and caring and I never felt lost in the crowd. Dr. Dossey was first rate and I would definitely recommend him. They scheduled me for my minor procedure quickly and I feel sure it will be handled as thoroughly and well as my initial appointment. As one would expect, I had a rather long wait in the reception area, but other than that small complaint, I have nothing bad to say. Now I see an optometrist, Dr. Marshall, whose staff is equally as efficient as the surgical side of this clinic, and just as pleasant. Very pleased to be an ongoing patient there.
