Lasik is the best thing I ever did!! The procedure was super quick and everyone in the office was nice and reassuring. Definitely recommend it for those of you in contacts or glasses, things have never been clearer!!!

LOVE my LASIK! Dr. Heaton and his team did a phenomenal job! If you are considering LASIK, don't wait any longer..I wish I had done it years ago. You're in excellent hands with Heaton Eye Associates.

My experience at Heaton Eye Associates, was AMAZING, in one word. All of the staff was very helpful and very encouraging. The moment I walked in to the LASIK suite, I was offered something to drink, and asked if I needed anything. This made me feel very comforted, and also very taken care of. They were very reassuring during the whole procedure, from the front desk staff, to the nurses, and Dr. Nickel himself. What I liked the best about it is that Dr. Nickel asked to pray for us before the procedure. This was just awesome to me! The actual LASIK procedure did not take very long, it was a few minutes, and it was painless (this was very important to me, I'm a big baby when it comes to pain.) After the procedure, I was escorted by the staff to my ride outside which was very nice of them to do. The next day I had to come back for a 1 day Post Op, and I recieved the same customer service as before, and the best part of that day was that my vision went from finger counting vision, to 20/15! On the first day! That is perfect vision, and my vision is only getting better! To sum it all up, the customer service I revieved there was above and beyond any customer service I have ever had. I strongly refer anyone who wants LASIK or any other procedure to go to Heaton Eye Associates. All of the doctors are excellent and are experts at what they do!

I am almost three weeks post-Lasik and my vision is just getting more and more crisp. Can't say enough good things about the care I received from Dr. Nickel and everyone at Heaton Eye Associates in Tyler. One of the best things I've ever done!
