    I've been using ESA for years for myself and have normally been very satisfied. This past December, I took my spouse (a 58-year-old, recent stroke survivor) and was appalled at the way the technician treated him. I absolutely understand that stroke survivors can be difficult to handle, but they deserve the same respect as any other patient.

    I really like the provider that I see. The staff though not rude always seem to be a little short with you. At almost every visit I have experienced this. I always leave with them thinking I wish I would have said something short back.
