My appt. was for 10AM. Waited over 20 min to be called to go with the assistant. Once she was done I waited another 20 min to see the Dr.Other than time, the experience was very pleasant.

The visit felt rushed or "processed". In particular the initial screening was very fast paced, not in agreement with my end-result expectations, and not conducive to discussion about confirming my post-op vision expectations so far. At the end of Doctor Isgrig's later examination, I was able to specifically ask and confirm my expectations so far (one eye completed). It sounded like the screener's (didn't catch her name) view of the pre-op information did not include all the notes entered during Dr. Wagle's examination. So there was confusion.

The doctor and staff were very nice. The business practices are very poor. I was charged 25.00 for warranty redo on my lenses with a D category anti reflection coating. I have worn glasses for 30 years and have never been charged for this. I also was interested in Maui Jim sunglasses which I have had several pairs over there years. The price on the frame was $150.00 above the Maui Jim website. I own over 10 pairs of Maui Jims, between my husband and myself and have never paid more than the suggested retail price set by Maui Jim. Great doctors and staff but I will not get my glasses there again. To be fair I have worked for Optometrists in the past for over 15 years so I am versed on insurance coverage and retail frame costs. Buyer beware, thus the three stars.
