The doctors , nurses and entire staff are friendly and professional. I understand waiting is only a part of a busy office. To make the experience a little better I would work on usable WiFi for the patients.

Love eye care specialist.. only thing I dislike is being sent an email to pre-register for next day and confirming insurance and other data is correct.. then having to do the same thing again on your appointment day.. its repetitive and annoying you should be able to go to the kiosk put in your name and date of birth and get a confirmation that registration was complete. ..

Drs are mildly mannered. Staff is robotic but the appt flows effortlessly as they move you around. The line for optics is so long. Always takes at least an hour of waiting. Last order, they messed up my sons frame/lens order, and he had his driving test that weekend. The gentleman I spoke with, David was very helpful and they acrually overnight shipped them so hed have them by his test date.
