Doctor was very thorough and Informative. But When being called by nurse it is extremely hard to hear being called. It is a very full waiting area and they need to be more clear and louder when calling patients.

Patients dont appreciate waiting for an hour or two to be called to an examination room, and they dislike being sent back to the waiting area for a length of time while their eyes dilate. Glasses are very expensive at Eye Care Specialists. Most staff are very friendly. Most of my experiences there have been positive!

I thought Dr. Gilbert was very nice knowledgeable. Even consulted with Dr. Empfield for my problem because she knew he treated me in the past.
