Ive been a patient here for over 10yrs now.Courteous friendly support staff. I hardly ever encountered extended wait times. My condition causes me to be seen here every 6mos, was monthly for a short time. I have absolute faith in the technicians doctors who have provided care for me over the years.Not that it was a bad thing, but at my last appointment, the checking out process had become lengthy. There was line, such a thing had never happened before. It wasnt just me, the backlog was there, just about the entire time.

So far they seem very thorough, above and beyond. The medical team and 99% of staff is friendly professional. I would refer others here.

Doctor was very thorough and Informative. But When being called by nurse it is extremely hard to hear being called. It is a very full waiting area and they need to be more clear and louder when calling patients.

My first time at the Kingston location. It was great! Prompt service and Dr Mick was wonderful.
