My only complaint with Eyecare Specialists, and its an ongoing complaint, is their check in system is horrible. You go to a kiosk where you feed your insurance cards into a machine and then answer various questions on a touch screen. Every time Ive used this system its failed either to the point where I need to feed the card in a second or third time, or to where I need to go to the former registration desk to be signed in. There are still people at the desk, so that tells me there isnt a whole lot of faith in the self check in system. The worst is when one of the people at the desk comes and does the task for you at the machine. Instead of that, why cant they just register the patient at the desk the way they used to? Thereby avoiding confusion and total aggravation from patients who have neither the time nor desire to decipher this idiotic toy theyve placed in all their lobbies. Other than that, the care from the optometrists and staff is excellent.

The staff and Optometrist are very good, the biggest complaint is the long wait time. Usually count on being there two hours, most of it waiting.
