The quality of service is great except for the over-use of technology at check-in. I PREFER TO DEAL WITH HUMANS.

Check in was quick with their machines to check yourself in, staff was friendly and helpful, and Dr Jones was lovely! My only complaint was the line for the optics/glasses area, there were only 5 chairs but 7+ people waiting at one point, but it was also right at getting off of work time, so I assume its a very situational problem. There doesnt seem to be room for more chairs than that, but hopefully they can sort that out so multiple people arent standing for the 30-ish minute wait that had.
