The only thing I always have a problem with is the waiting time. My appt. was for 3 pm. I wasnt called until 3:45. nd then I finally left at 4:30. I had already been to Dr. DeMichele the optometrist and she referred me for laser surgery for my right eye. I guess overall everyone was very nice and theres not much you can do for waiting time
