Short wait, nice technician, quick review by Dr. Trafton, advice on getting cataracts removed. Was able to set appointment with the eye surgeon and advised about 2 weeks of not wearing contacts prior to that appointment. Dr. Trafton is thorough and personable and has always taken good care of my eye care needs.

They made the check-in process smooth and took the time to answer all my questions with a smile.A special shout-out to the eye tech, Kimberley, who was both professional and friendly. She made sure I was comfortable during all the tests and explained each step, which really eased my nerves.Dr. Ford was absolutely awesome! He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided thorough explanations about my vision needs.
