Dr , and his aide Sebastian, were very professional, knowledgeable and respectful.All other technicians who administered various tests were also quite polite.There was about an hour wait as the office had been closed on Monday due to the storm. The doctor was very thorough in providing details of my pending surgery and answered all of my questions.

My check-in experience, wait-time, pre-exam visit with Mr. Hill, and visit with Dr. Ford were all excellent and professional. At the end of my session with Dr. Ford, I shared an idea with him for use on the site that gathers patient information. He asked me to see the person in charge of the "front desk area" on my way out. She would be able to give me a printed copy of the document that I could use to make my suggestions. I went up front and asked for this person (I don't remember her name). The desk clerk went over to her (she was standing right behind him) and told her that I wanted to see her. I waited as they stood there and chatted for at least five-six + minutes, and ended up telling the desk clerk to just cancel my request. I thought my request to see her was deliberately stalled. No one said, we will be just a minute, etc. I felt this was very inappropriate and unprofessional! The rest of the staff I dealt with during my appointment time were excellent.
