While highly knowledgeable and excellent care their billing has problems, their staff is not overly friendly or concerned with each individuals needs. We appreciate their expertise but understand that will come with a high price and less than exemplar customer service. Thank you for your services but we will be finding another daily service provider that is more welcoming.

It was fine, I can see now which is nice but they brushed off my concerns during the follow-up meeting regarding blurriness in my left eye (which is still blurry).

I went to Dr Billingsley for the first time in the beginning of 2021. She is very nice and explains thing I can understand. But the comments here about the people that work in the front are pretty on point they seem like they don't want to be bothered. Also I was suppose to come back for follow up on glaucoma test but the machine was down so they made a new appointment and the machine was down again. Very disappointing. I will be back next year and I hope they worked out some kinks.

Everyone at the Weisgarber office was super nice. But it was a very slow process. I am a new patient so I allowed 1 1\2 hours for my appointment, which was at 1:45 p.m. I went to an exam room at 2:20 p.m. I walked out to go home at 4:00 p.m. I understand the need to be thorough and appreciate that but every time a test was ordered I had to wait, then go back to the exam room and wait some more. I just got so tired of twiddling my thumbs. And when you can hear people outside your door talking and laughing, it's just that much worse. I have another appointment in 6 months and I'll keep it. But if I have a similar experience I won't go back again.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. HowvHow, every time I have been in this place, we have been forced to wait, wait, wait..... What is the purpose of having an appointment? Staff lingers talking and joking while you sit to the side and fume because there is no reason for this wait.
