Dr Williams and staff were great! She was very attentive and proactive with my childs vision preservation. Minus one star for the MULTITUDE of automated calls and reminders, they were excessive.

I have a mixed review. And it's more for the practice's info than the publics. Dr. Johnston did blasto surgery on bohmy eye lids on June 24. I heals well, but when I saw Dr. Horton on July 8th to have my stitches removed, he thought I should see Dr. Johnston again becuase my right lid was really drooping. I saw Dr. Johnston on July 22, and he agreed that the right eye dropped sighnificantly. He said that it probably needed a ptosis repair and referred me to Dr. Taylor. He was very gracious and apologized for either not catching the drooping lid in his eval, or possibly damaging the ptosis muscle during surgery. I do not harbor any hard feeling to Dr. Johnston--mistakes happen. Today, I went to the clinic, and the nurse caught that it was too early for me to hae an eval and I would have to return on Sept 24 or after. I'm sure Dr. Johnston thought the scheduler would understand that ASAP meant fter 9/24, and she read ASAP and did it! Everyone in your organization has been wonderful, friendly, professional, kind and helpful. I know mistakes happen. I am sure that whne I return on Oct. 15th. everything will go smoothly.

Great staff however not a huge selection of frames and the glasses I purchased have been scratched to pieces on the lenses. Keep in mind I only use a microfiber cloth to clean them. Also keep in mind I bought the anti scratch/ anti glare/ blue light and all of that and it doesnt seem to work. The lenses have been replaced already and they took care of me with a free replacement however I have the same problem again.

Waited 30 minutes past appointment time to get called back. Had to another 30-40 minutes for person to order lenses.
