Arrived for my appt at 3:10, the scheduled time. They did not call me til 3:40, when they took me into an exam room, did preliminary tests including drops to dilate. This took maybe 10 minutes. I was then told to wait in the waiting room for the Dr, who would "be here shortly." 45 minutes later, I went out the reception desk and told them I was leaving. She said, please don't, the doctor will be right with you." The doctor came out less that 5 minutes after that and apologized. I told her that I might not have been as annoyed if at least someone had come out to apologize earlier, and had told me there would be a delay. The Doctor herself (Dr. Finkelstein), was excellent, I have no complains at all about her visit. But for an outfit that has been around as long as they have, they should have a better system than this.I noticed after I posted this there was an earlier review here over a year ago, by someone with a similar situation. Guess the problem still exists.

They are great inside the office. Online the patient site is a little tuff. I do recommend.

I waited over an hour and a half to see the ophthalmologist, after arriving ten minutes early myself. They told me it was a computer error, which was not acceptable. The doctor apologized. They should have a sign in the inside waiting room saying that if one has been waiting more than, say, 20, to approach the desk.
