I waited over an hour and a half to see the ophthalmologist, after arriving ten minutes early myself. They told me it was a computer error, which was not acceptable. The doctor apologized. They should have a sign in the inside waiting room saying that if one has been waiting more than, say, 20, to approach the desk.

Overall it was fine/good. The receptionist I had was not very warm or friendly which did not make a good first impression. I also waited over 40 minutes to be called which was disappointing. The eye technicians were friendly and quick. Good insight and recs from doctor in terms of when I should get cataract surgery and explanation of what it will entail.

Ive been coming to Boston Vision for 4 years now and I really like it. I can see the same Dr. each year and the other technicians are all pleasant and knowledgeable. I was seen within 15 minutes of arrival. I was informed about each step along the way and offered additional treatment options where appropriate. I like the feel of Boston Vision and feel I am getting the right care.
