I had a good experience getting LASIK and PRK (one in each eye) at Boston Laser. Dr. Brenner seemed extremely knowledgeable and competent, which put me at ease. Hes clearly done a zillion of these surgeries. There was a bit of confusion in the communication between staff regarding which procedures I was having and when my appointments should be scheduled, but overall I am pleased with the experience and delighted with the results.

Its a teaching facility so the quality of the interaction varies a bit from visit to visit, but they are pretty good overall. I like my doctor, and their equipment seems up to date. Occasionally I encounter a glitch with the front desk. For example, on my last visit on July 28, 2020, my eyeglasses rx was not filled out correctly and I had difficulty getting a complete and accurate replacement form.

Good exams although the peripheral one needs to be re-done on the left eye. Prescription seems a bit double/fuzzy. Need to see if my eyes adjust otherwise I will have another exam.

Very professional staff who work well in concert with each other as they pass you along to the different area of testing, conveniently located AND they have free coffee!
