Wonderful experience with my LASIK surgery. Boston Vision made sure I was a good candidate, explained the different procedures and advised me on what would be best for me (note: my prescription was very high at -8). I felt comfortable during my consultation and we scheduled my surgery afterwards.Fast forward on the day of surgery, I met with Dr.Villazon and Chelsea who were super thorough in answering any additional questions I had. Naturally, I was nervous but the muscle relaxant helped with that. During the procedure, I felt a lot of pressure but felt calm as Dr.Villazon talked me through what was happening. After it was all done, I sat up and my vision was clear. There was a lot of stinging after the numbing drops wore off but a staff member kindly applied a few more drops for the ride home. This was godsend (if you feel any discomfort, dont hesitate to ask for this)! After a 3 hour nap, the stinging had completely gone away and all that was left was the perfect vision.My recovery and follow-up appointments have gone really well! My final word is that I highly recommend Boston Vision for their knowledgeable and attentive staff. Thank you for this life changing procedure! If you decide on this procedure, I wish you the best recovery!

Aaron and Hien were amazing opticians that made me feel comfortable and reassured prior to my procedure. Hien even went into the surgery room with me because i told her Id feel less scared if she was. Hien explained the post op instructions very well and cleared up any questions I had. Dr. Yao did my final dilation tests and she was informative and thorough even though she had to stay late for me and we were the last ones in the building. I really appreciated her for being patient and accommodatingDr. Villazon performed my surgery and made me feel at ease. He was easily accessible via the telephone number provided on the post op sheet. I highly recommend this place for PRK surgery and Lasik in general.
