G.TikhonovFranklin, MAOn February 15, 2024, I underwent cataract surgery on my left eye. The operation was performed by Dr. Sergey Urman. The doctor was very friendly, during the preparation for the procedure, he came up to me and, since I was a little worried, he encouraged me with warm words, saying that everything would be fine. The preparation for the procedure was quick, the staff did everything smoothly, all measurements were carried out, the anesthesiologist explained what kind of anesthesia would be. Dr. Urman is an excellent and highly qualified specialist who knows his job perfectly and the operation was unnoticeable and painless. The next day, I could see much better with my normal eye, and when I was at Dr. Urman's postoperative appointment, he told me that everything was fine and my eyesight would continue to improve. Among the side effects I encountered during the first week were burst blood vessels and redness of the eyes, which gradually passed over the following days, as well as glare in bright light at first.In short, the entire team under the leadership of Dr. Sergey Urman showed high professionalism and coherence, did their job perfectly and deserves five stars.I should especially mention Dr. Urman's other assistant, Valeriya Kuur - Surgical Coordinator . From the moment of my first consultation with Dr. Urman to the procedure and postoperative appointments, Valeria was the link with the doctor. I talked to her on the phone, and she explained the procedure of the operation to me and helped me choose the most acceptable option for me, sometimes consulting with Dr. Urman and other specialists. She gave me confidence in the staff and that I made the right decision to improve my eyesight. Despite the fact that I was probably a somewhat persistent and annoying patient, she always answered my calls in a timely manner and always called me back, and this was unusual and very pleasant, since I had never been able to reach a doctor by phone so easily in any medical institution before. She was very patient, polite and demonstrated professionalism and knowledge of the intricacies of the operational process. Dr. Urman has a decent assistant, and she also deserves five stars along with the whole team.

I first went to Dr. Melki in 2009 for Lasik surgery and it has been an awesome 15 years of no glasses and amazing service. I had the new Light Adjustable Lens just put in and Im loving it!
