The intake rep was super nice and very thorough. He made sure all my information was accurate. My doctor seems really nice and down to earth. Nice experience.

Dr. Kao and all the staff are friendly and caring. My only problem is that if an appointment must be changed it takes 3-4 months to get a new appointment. Luckily they have a waiting list for cancellations.

The staff was very nice, my waiting period wasnt long at all. The doctor was on point and straight forward. The nurse that took care of me prior to seeing the doctor was very nice and patient. I would go back just to be a patient for the ones that saw for my visit on 11-13-25.
