We have really enjoyed going to West Georgia. Dr. Jackson is great! The staff there supporting him are pleasant and wonderful. In the shop - Courtney Mauldin stands out every time I see her. Whether she waits on me or not - Courtneys professionalism, patience and personality make you want to go back! This was the first time she helped me - and I was able to see her work ethic up close. The whole team there are great - but Courtney stands out each time I see her. Thank you Courtney - for making us feel comfortable and helping each person who sits across from you.

I had an issue with a contact (hard lens). It was thought I had two in the same eye. I could not remove one. I was referred to triage where they scheduled me quickly . Dr. smith was out so I saw Dr. Jackson who was polite, efficient and caring as he addressed my concerns.
