    The process started when I entered the office,I was met with a welcoming voice and smile. The staff was very friendly,professional and willing to answer any questions. One staff member that was helping me through the process was just phenomenal, her name ( I want to get this right) was Alexis, she was fantastic, she was very professional,polite and explained every detail about the entire process.i could tell that she really love what shes doing.Dr. Jackson was great as well, he explained everything to me and answered any questions that I had. So my experience was great and thats from entering the office and leaving the office. I cannot say enough about my visit.

    The staff, techs, nurses & Drs at West Ga Eye Care at Macon Road, In Columbus are wonderful! They are so polite & cheerful every time we have been there. We know our vision & time are very important to them. They are the only place we go now!

    When you combine good hospitality with knowledge, its going to be a great experience. Staff made me feel comfortable the entire time and any questions I had was answered.
