    The visit was great. I arrived 10 minutes late, thinking I would not be seen, but she advised there was a 15 minute grace. Which was great. The wait time to see the physician was not long at all. I was very pleased with the visit.

    This is my first year I moved my eye exam to West Georgia, warm springs rd location from another hospital. My initial test was done and the glasses I was given were horrible for driving vision or distance vision and I had visited Dr.Leary again for verification and he said everything is good, there may be an issue with the glass material and the Optical staff were so patient and worked with me to find the problem is not the glasses, its some thing else. Meanwhile I was going through a lot with my vision, but I had to be patient. I sincerely appreciate every thing the staff at West Georgia did and the empathy they showed me is amazing. They quickly got an appointment another Dr. Kao who is amazing ( by the way his office staff were also courteous and helpful) and quicker in identifying the issue is with the prescription and changed it after a thorough eye exam again. I am glad that I got my distance visit is also back to normal now, with the new glasses. Its amazing to see how the staff at Opticals work with patients. I sincerely give my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the staff at Warm springs office. You guys rock in service! You deserve more than five stars. I cant remember all the names of staff that helped me in this and want to thank each one of them!
