It was very crowded when I first walked in but the staff managed to get me back within about 20 minutes of my scheduled time. It was a good eye exam by Dr. Namen and I found out I have cataracts. So Im now ready to schedule the surgery in a few months. I was already receiving some information to review in a folder and a text link about the procedure. Everyone was pleasant.

I have been a patient of West Georgia eye Care for many many years. I have had three doctors and changed only when one retired. I have always found the staff from the front desk through the different stations you go through to be kind and understanding as I got much much older. The physicians are top quality and will always give you courteous care and never present in a rush. If you are looking for a good home for your eye care I would highly recommend this practice the staff and all the doctors.

The level of care and concern for me was over the top. From the front desk, nurse, Doctor, to the checkout clerk. I came in as an Urgent care patient and they all were just as concerned as I was, very quick to ease my pain, and identify the problem. I left with a complete understanding and confidence of how to care for my eye at home. Thank you Dr. Hensley and staff.
