Dr. Badhey seems to be a good Doctor however he is limited to his resources and when referring you to another Dr his office staff is very unresponsive to help you from getting your medical records to the appropriate Dr office to the treatment they give you on the phone.

Received two spinal injections. Did not receive full effect until second one. Only lasted two weeks. The physician I saw declined to refer me to a neurosurgeon which this team has. After being evaluated by an outside neurosurgeon, scheduled for fusion.

Spinal Injections only lasted a couple of weeks each. Didnt get full effect until second one. Declined to refer to a neurosurgeon. Once re-evaluated by a neurosurgeon, scheduled for fusion since vertebrae were degenerated.

Wilkins meeting 6/25 took 2 hr 15m total, 15 minutes w/doctor which I rate a 9 on 1 to 10, and 2 hr admin which I rate a 3 on 1 to 10.Much administrative duplication and waste. Very patient unfriendly: difficult to contact, 1 phone for 7 locations, unable to contact doctor, poor online forms, calls not returned, forms completed online duplicated in office, referral & pmt took 20 minutes, terrible!
