Rothbart stated he diagnosed me before looking at X-ray and MRI and said he only uses those to confirm his magic diagnosis. What? A pain-management doctor had referred me to Rothbart because of degenerative disc disease in my neck and instability of the cervical structure. We had flown across Texas to see Rothbart, and it was a complete waste of time. In all my life, I have NEVER been treated so rudely by a doctor and left in tears. Caveat emptor.

Great doctors and nurses, I would give them 5 stars by themselves. HORRIBLE at answering calls, voicemails and scheduling. I had a appointment scheduled at one location, showed up to find out they mischeduled me and wanted to show up at a different location 10 miles away. Later on, I had a problem arise after surgery, I immiately called, as I was concerned about my well being. I left 10+ voicemails, called 5+ different extenstons and it wasn't until 6 days later after being fed up that I left a very nasty message did someone finally call me seconds aafter my voice mail. And to make matters worse, they called me from the exact number I had just called 3 times and got sent straight to voicemail.
