i agree with the 7/06 poster about rothbart's attitude. what concerned me more, though was the office's inability to return phone calls, from the surgery scheduler to the radiology nurse. this was irritating because i experienced three weeks' worth of back pain/spasms after the myelogram and the radiology nurse told me she would call rothbart and get back to me, but of course she never did. i would think they'd be more concerned about a patient who was experiencing potential complications from a procedure they ordered but apparently it did not seem to faze them. to top it off, they tried to overbill me for the myelogram and i had to go thru aetna to mediate the billing error (they ruled in my favor). they seem knowledgeable when you're actually in their office but once you're out the door it feels like they couldn't care less about you!
