I've been seeing Dr. Chow for keratoconus in both eyes. He seems caring and is willing to answer questions... .that is if you stick around long enough in the office to see him.The problem is the wait time at the Southfield office is ridiculous. I was scheduled for a 12:00 appointment and didn't see Chow until 1:45. He is routinely over-booked and behind schedule. If you can't grab an early morning appt, forget about it.

I took my mom here today. The staff were so very nice. We had a Dr that was probably the coldest, rudest Dr I have ever experienced before. I am going back with my mom to see another Dr soon. I was told this man is very warm and caring.

Spends less than 5 minutes with me. Never addresses patients by name which makes me feel like a test subject, even after 5 years. He gives his evaluation of my condition, never trying to help me understand my condition, even when asked. I only stay because the number of "test subjects" is so high I feel his knowledge level is high.
