Long wait times to be seen by Specialists however, doctor(s) are phenomenal. Appreciated the comfort and support of the clinical staff during treatments. Front office/reception is exceedingly busy yet very professional. My major concern with this group is scheduled appointments running +45 minutes behind schedule (no updates/little concern for long patient wait times). Doctor performed surgery which went swimmingly well however, the office called and left a v/m a week before the scheduled post-op recheck appointment to inform me that the 'doctor wouldn't be in that day--call back to reschedule." Returned the call to reschedule and the doc was not available to re-check the surgical site for another two months! There is significant opportunity for administration to proactively ensure patients are being treated in a timely manner and treatment is producing positive patient outcomes.

I have never had a bad experience here. Everybody is friendly and I like the low lighting. They run on time and are courteous.

I only had one problem when I checked out they told me I had a co pay .. this was a post opt appt. I left but came back & asked the receptionist to check .. she did and found out I didnt have a co pay .. I am visually impaired and had I not asked I would have been billed ..

Dr. Stephen Verb does not even want to communicate with his patients. However, his cataract surgery skills are excellent and there has been very little side effects associated with it. I took my father to his office and they cover Michigan Medicaid as well. My father still has pain in his eyes and it gets teary when hes outside or looks at something for a long time. Besides that, whenever I have something to tell the doc, he seems to always be in a rush. Also, from his actions and behaviors, it seems he doesnt show a lot of respect to his assistants as well. The doc really needs to work on his character!
