Dr. Kleinfeldt cares absolutely nothing about you as a person. Had two eyes done, cateracts, one went well,and one is a mess and he could care less. Two doctors in his office eventually saw the problem. Had a second and a third opinion and both saw the problem with the surgery immediately . When I returned to see what he was going to do about it, he said numerous times that nothing was wrong. Four doctors see a problem and he sees nothing wrong. Maybe he needs his eyes checked. Very arrogant and has no time for anyone .... Please stay away .

This Dr Kleinfeldt has THE WORST BEDSIDE MANNER. Very quick, doesnt talk to patient at all, may as well have been a robot. I wouldnt recommend him to ANYONE.

Horrible experience. Nate Kleinfeldt has poor interpersonal skills. He could care less about the clients concerns. Very arrogant. Hes more interested in performing surgery. All he did was try to pressure me to have cataract surgery. Avoid him at all costs. He spent a couple minutes with me. When I decided that I dont want cataract surgery right away and would like to think about it. He became very upset and stood up in the middle of the conversation and was ready to leave.

Im 20 and going blind. I have been to this office many times and every time I have a similar experience. The staff is lovely. The nurses are kind and friendly and warm. That being said, some of the specialists themselves are jerks. Dr. Kleinfeldt is one of the rudest doctors I have met. I am terrified that I will go blind at 20 and he does nothing to ease my worries. Each time he has walked into the exam room chatting about lord only knows what with a pretty nurse and ignores me completely. He sees me for less than two minutes and says maybe ten words to me and rushes me out. He doesnt tell me what he is doing or why he is doing it, he just shuts me up and rushes me along. Unprofessional, rude, and expensive. Do not see Dr. Kleinfeldt. He may be a good surgeon but hes a rude person.
