had cataract surgery 3 yrs ago and have had trouble with my eyes ever since. Gave me wrong lenses and his answer was you need glasses. Avoid this doctor. Get second opinion.

SHAME on this office for having several people in the waiting room this morning, while I waited more than 30 minutes for my appointment. They ALWAYS overbook - I had hoped the wait would be less with everyone concerned about COVID. Clearly NO protocol here.

Not really a friendly atmosphere. They were worried so much about my insurance that it made me feel my vision wasn't as important. Once pass the registration the experience got better. Work on registration skills.

What a rat pack! Not personalized. At one point I didn't quite hear what the Dr. said and asked him to please repeat himself, and I felt like he was a little frustrated with me. One of the staff members wore perfume and I am allergic to perfume. I mentioned this during checkout and they apologized, but it should not be allowed in any office setting. I am grateful I had no medical issue necessitating my return.
