I would have given them a better review until I encountered their new automatic answering system. I had no problems with the office staff and the techs. They were helpful and pleasant. I went there because I had a detached retina and ended up seeing Dr. Weiter and having surgery. The only thing I was really prepared for was the cataract that develops because of the gas they use in the eye. When I went back for my last visit I had noticed that my vision was warped. I asked about this and weather it would get better and was told for a second time "It can improve for up to a year". My vision is critical for me, as it is for most people. While Dr. Weiter may be a very skilled surgeon, he has NO bedside manner or empathy.

My appointment was at 3. I showed up at 2:50 and waited untill 3:25. This young lady took me into the room and did the routine check up and asked basic questions then she brought me into another room and told me to wait for the doctor. I waited in that room for around 20 minutes. I almost walked out. then the doctor came in. I saw Dr. Helen Moreira and guess what??? She was CHEWING GUM for the whole time. I was shocked how unprofessional she was. I am not sure if it is normal for a doctor to chew gum while seeing you but to me it was beyond rude. She saw me for like 3 mins and just left the room. I had to flag her down to come back so I can ask questions, like she doesnt care at all. I would never go back there again.

I have visited this facility twice in two years. Everyone was very professional during the visit but I needed to ask a question today so I called them and was treated poorly. I was told someone was going to call me back but four hours later .... nothing. I called again and was told we are too busy for you and just wait. Now I just called again and they have gone home.I am only a customer and maybe my expectations are too high.

God complex very rushed and distracted seemed to be moody. Tech was a pushy and office staff in person nice, but on the phone not very professional or helpful.
