To be fair, it appears that the facility has the potential to be a good one in terms of accommodations and overall customer service, but my visit yesterday 8/25/20 was not impressive and it spills over from my initial visit. On my initial visit the wait time was too long and a piece of equipment needed during the intake process (before I saw the doctor) was broken. I only wonder how that impacted my overall assessment. The doctor I saw that day was personable however. During my visit yesterday (8/25/20) I waited 42 minutes before I was initially called to an exam room and when the doctor did enter the room he greeted me, but much to my amazement, he explained the issue at hand and the proposed procedure while barely making eye contact with me. He sat practically adjacent from me and was turned to the side and when he spoke he spoke opposite of my direction, that left me feeling really weird. His consultation did not feel authentic but mechanical and just very nonchalant.

Totally dissatisfied with the level of care I received. Even after multiple times saying I was not able to clearly read the eye chart I was told my prescription hadn't change and told me I didn't need to change my glasses. I have already made an appointment with another physicians group for another eye exam. They received one star because no star isn't an option.

I just can't take it anymore about being abused by these doctor's office staff employees. With them getting the medicine wrong or anything! My son is seeing Dr.Shin he is nice. My son had Cornea eye surgery and he has to take this certain type of eye drops. They only gave him two samples which didn't last long and then they ordered him the wrong kind at the pharmacy. They have bad attitudes in this office! They called in the wrong eye drops and I had to call back. And the girl was very rude and lying that I was yelling at her! I'm getting tired of this! I gave them the right name for the right eye drops and she just hangs up on me! Saying their not gonna put up with me talking them like that! I beg your pardon they are being rude to me and hanging up on me! If my son has to have another Cornea eye transplant because they refuse to give him the right eye drops and causing him unnecessary suffering, I will be suing them. because they rather are rude and being falsely accusing me of "YELLING" at them. They want to retaliate against someone who has just had surgery. I had a firm tone with them. I'm going to have to start recording my phone calls now.<br><br>I still don't appreciate them calling people who came in after. The doctor said he has to take the eye drops with the pink top 4 times a day. Instead, they called in the eye drops he took before surgery! We had a bad experience at the hospital I guess they communicate with each other about talking about us and we complained about the wait times.<br><br> They were nice before the surgery but now have bad attitudes. They know which eye drops my son needs the one with the pink top! He need's a bigger bottle. They couldn't even get that right or they're doing it on purpose! The other problem was. They called people who signed in after my son and this girl got mad and angry when I asked why they didn't call him when he was the next one to be seen! I wasn't too nice to them who wouldn't be nice after being treated this way. Now they are hanging up on me and not calling the pharmacy the right type of eye drops!

they should do what they promise, long story but layed around there for 3 hrs for no reasonhurry up and wait will never go back
