They charged a copay for a follow up visit which I thought should not be changed. Stated I was confused. Said that issue not resolved but told it was. So back to square one after 3 trips

Do not even try to get in, they won't let you see a Dr. They will only schedule an OD, even when that is what you need and ask for. They are too busy to service you.

I brought in my pregnant wife to be seen because of vision loss. The doctor on call, Dr. Shin, complained about having to see my wife. The nurses tried to calm him down from his little fit, and then he proceeded to suggest that perhaps the loss of vision is a result of her glasses fogging. We will be scheduling an appointment with a real professional next time, as the issue of fading vision is persistent. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional, and we will never recommend this location or go back. I feel so sorry for the rest of the staff having to deal with Dr. Shin.
