The doctor's visit was unpleasant today.I lost trust them in the progress of the treatment too quickly, and I could not drive to home also no one drive for me because there was no explanation of the patient's situation after treatment.I waited for almost 2 hours and when I got better, I turned on the emergency light and drove home.It's been a long day.

I have always had good service here but yesterday was a different matter. I came in because my newer glasses didnt work for me. I had an eye exam but when the doctor(?) came in at the last part, everything he spoke and did was so fast, that I understood nothing. He recommended 2 products for my eyes but didnt write the names down. When I left. I got a piece of paper without any explanation or recommendation. I am 73 and not as quick as I used to be. I left feeling like I learned nothing and accomplished nothing.
