Been going here for 8 years, service is terrible, why do I put up with this? Annual visit took 110 minutes. Optical staff is rude and doesn't know the limited options available with the eye wear. 4 messages left with optical and no calls back. Jody the manager was nice when these issues were escalated but I was embarrassed to have brought my new wife here to receive such terrible all around service. Dr. Weis is good but needs to replace his support staff. Don't literally waste your time in the waiting room.

Patient for 20 years, through errors from unreasonable delays to refusing to complete my contact order 3 times. Reassigned to new OD, who was so gloomy I couldn't stand it every year. Today, tried new OD who was pompous, never addressed me by name. Thinks "advising her patients" means a list of authoritarian statements and a parade of horrible possibilities. There is something wrong with this organization.
